Rupandehi. In Devdah of Rupandehi, more than 25 women have fallen ill due to ‘food poisoning’ after eating “Teej Dar”. The women of Devdah-6 Shivalaya tol got sick after eating “Teej Dar” on the 6th of August.
Khem Bahadur Thapa Magar, Ward Chairman of Devdah-6 said that they have been sick since the evening of 6th and have health problems such as vomiting, headache, diarrhea, stomach ache, chills.
According to him, 18 people who are sick are being treated at the local Anita Medical Hall Khaireni, while 5 people are being treated at Devdah Medical College and another 5/6 people are being treated at home.
